Yes. A common configuration is warm white front (3000K) with cool white halo (6000K). You can also mix any LED colors.
We run two separate LED circuits. Your local electrician can wire them to one switch (both on) or two switches (independently controlled). We provide a wiring diagram.
About 40% more than front-lit only. The dual LED system and deeper body add complexity, but the visual impact justifies the investment for premium locations.
