304 grade stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance for most environments. For coastal/marine areas (salt air), we recommend 316 grade. Our letters have been installed from Dubai to London without issue.
Standard method is welded stud bolts on the back + paper template. Your local installer drills holes, inserts the studs, and secures with nuts. For indoor use, we can supply VHB tape mounting.
As small as 2" for simple fonts. For serif or script fonts with fine details, we recommend 4" minimum to preserve legibility.
