Aluminum is even cheaper and naturally rust-proof. It's one-third the weight, so installation is easier on a storefront facade. An
aluminum letter with powder coat finish will look sharp for 8-12 years with zero electrical worries.
The only downside: at night, it's invisible. If your business gets 40% of its revenue after dark, non-illuminated is a false economy. You need light.
