CE marking costs 20,000-50,000 RMB and takes 2-8 weeks. Real factories can show you the certificate with the company name matching their invoice. If it's blurry, dated 2019, or issued to a trading company, walk away.

UL 48 runs $4,000-15,000 and takes 4-9 months with quarterly audits. If a factory claims full UL coverage on a $600 order, they're lying. We're honest about that. If you need UL listing for a specific project, we'll quote the cost and timeline, or suggest ETL, which is 10-30% cheaper.
