Look, I don't care if your brand has the most beautiful logo in the world. If you don't tell me the acrylic thickness, I'm going to guess. And my guess will be what's cheapest for me, not what lasts for you. A 3mm acrylic face on a 1.2-meter letter is fine. A 5mm face on a 2.4-meter letter is mandatory. I've seen a shop order 2mm for a three-foot letter and then wonder why it bowed in the first summer.

Look, every factory says they have CE marking. Every single one. Ask to see the certificate with today's date. Most can't produce it. CE costs 20,000 to 50,000 RMB and takes 2-8 weeks to get. A factory that paid for it will have it framed. A factory that didn't will change the subject.
For the US market, UL listing is the gold standard. It costs $4,000 to $15,000 per product family and takes 4-9 months with quarterly audits. ETL is a legitimate alternative — 10-30% cheaper, same safety standards. But here's the brutal truth: most channel letters going into strip malls in the US don't have UL. They have a sticker that says "meets UL standards" which means nothing. If your spec says "UL 48 listed" and you're not willing to verify, you're trusting a sticker.
IP ratings get faked more than a $20 Rolex. IP65 means dust-tight and water jets from any direction. It does NOT mean your sign survives a Florida hurricane. IP66 is stronger, IP68 is submersible. For outdoor signs that aren't on the coast, IP65 is fine. For beachside, spec IP66 and sealed conduit entries. And put that on the drawing.
NEC Article 600 governs signs in the US. If your drawing doesn't show the disconnect switch location, the grounding method, and the wire gauge, you're going to fail inspection. Here's what nobody tells you: most sign drawings don't show the building mounting points. The studs, the steel frame, the existing conduit.
